Premium Care Package

Piano Tuning - Pianos will go out of tune with changes in humidity and temperature. Service plan includes 2 tunes yearly. You will receive a call to schedule your tuning around the beginning of Summer and the beginning of Winter. You may call for additional tunes any time it is needed for only a service call charge of $50. (Examples of when you may need an additional tune include when you move a piano, or before it is used for a performance.)

21 Point Inspection - This inspection will give you a written overview of the condition of all of the vital parts of your instrument. This tool will allow you to fix problems while they are still small and prevent larger repairs down the road. One FREE inspection per year.

Interior Clean - Dirt and other debris will accumulate inside your piano and should be cleaned by a professional on a regular basis. Even pianos that are not played regularly should be cleaned to prevent dust from building up and to look for evidence of rodents. One FREE interior clean per year.

Exterior Clean - Every service call I will clean and condition you piano cabinet with professional piano cleaning products. Many general furniture cleaners and polish are not the best products to keep your instrument's exterior the healthiest it can be.

Repairs - There will be no be no charge for basic repairs totaling less than .5 hours billable time that are completed at a tune. All other repairs are eligible for a 20% discount on labor.

Service Plan Price: $350/year or montly debit charge of $29/month.

Pitch Raising (Double Tune) Includes Interior Clean and bringing up the tune of your piano to concert pitch. For older pianos or pianos that have not been tuned in more than a year $125

Regulation - tighten all the interior screws and align all moving parts - $500.
